The company was founded in 1993 and specialized in the production and repairing of tools and moulds. Since 1997 our production has also included injection moulding up to 250g with the maximum closing power 125 tons. Since 2002 we have been able to produce mouldings up to 600g with the maximum closing power 240 tons. Our injection moulding machines (Engel, Battenfeld, Arburg, Intec, CS) process a wide range of plastic material as for example PA6, PA66, ABS, PVC, PS, PE, PP, including additional components to improve the quality of mouldings as required by the customer. We inject into both our own moulds and moulds supplied by the customers. In order to attain the required parameters of moulds as for the size of the mouldings, their amount and price, we offer our own designs. We are also able to share the costs of the price of new moulds. We carry out tests of moulds and new materials as required by customer.
In 2005 a new workshop was opened, where apart from injection moulding machines, a new production line can be found. This line includes an Extruder EB/N-60/27-30/20, Corrugator FC 63/58, Guillotine TG05, Winding machine ML 2-800 and Cooling unit and serves for the production of corrugated pool hoses. The diameters of corrugated profiles range from 10 mm to 65 mm and can be ended with termination either fitted in or pressed in on the injection moulding machines.
In 2005 we plan to extend our production with a new extrusion line in order to produce profiles up to 6m of length.
In August 2005 we acquired the Quality Certificate ISO 9001
