Production of plastic products by injection, extrusion, vacuum

The company was founded in 1993, the main activity was the production and repair of tools and molds. In 1997, the activity was expanded to include the injection of plastics up to 250 grams with a maximum closingforce of 125 tons. At present, we are able to produce moldings on injection molding machines up to 800 g with a maximum closing force of 210 t. On injection molding machines (Negri Bossi, BOY, Welltec, Tederic) we process a wide range of plastics such as PA6, PA66, ABS, PS, PE, PP, including additional components to improve the properties of moldings according to customer requirements. We inject plastics both into our own molds and into molds supplied by the customer.

At present, we are able to produce moldings on injection molding machines up to 800 g with a maximum closing force of 300 t. On injection molding machines (Negri Bossi, BOY, Welltec, Tederic) we process a wide range of plastics such as PA6, PA66, ABS, PS, PE, PP, TPE, including additional components to improve the properties of moldings according to customer requirements. We inject both into our own molds and into molds supplied by the customer. We offer our own design for optimal mold parameters in terms of size of moldings, their quantity and price. We are also able to contribute financially to the costs of acquiring molds. We perform tests of molds and new materials according to the customer's wishes.

In 2018, a reconstructed plant was opened in Císařov, in which, in addition to the production of pool roofing, the production of electric scooters is located, and injection molding machines were also purchased to expand the production of plastic parts.
